Sports Drink Recipe

The following recipe is for 20 oz. worth of sports drink

3 Tablespoons of table sugar

1/8 teaspoon of salt

Flavoring to taste using unsweetened Kool-aid or Wyler’s drink mix starting with 1/3 packet

Fill halfway with water, mix well

Top off with water

Keep refrigerated
